Private review data notice
This is an internal GT Group and BYD review environment. It is not the public website or the final legal privacy notice.
Use test information only. Do not enter real customer data.
What the preview records
The forms can record a test name, email or phone, request details, the notice version and the time recorded by the server. A one-way hash is used for abuse protection; the raw network address is not stored in the lead record.
Why it is used
The data is used only to test contact, test-drive, service and parts workflows before BYD and GT Group approval.
Where it goes
Test requests are stored in the GT Group non-production AWS environment. Internal email notifications go only to a.murvanidze@gtgroup.ge. Customer acknowledgements and Odoo delivery are disabled by default.
Deletion
Test requests will be removed before public launch. Non-production backup retention and the final deletion procedure must be confirmed during staging qualification.
